Honestly I think Dr. McConnel is quite talented and did a great job with the drill and preparing the teeth for crowns. The person (the Hygenist?) who injected the local anesthesia did the best job I ever experienced when getting work done that required it. I was surprised that the dentist, however, did not prep the temporary crowns and put them on. Whoever did it was assisting him and she was nice and did a decent job addressing contact points but they are too small and dont reach the gum line right. I wish the Dr, McConnel would have come back and checked her work, so if she did need to do something else/different he could instruct her. The only other thing I noticed is the lady explaining the proposed treatment plan gave off an unsettling vibe of being unsure of herself and the process. She ended up coming off like she was giving me a hard sell to get it all done at once without offering options that fit better with my insurance benefits (breaking it up so part of it could be covered in the upcoming years benefits which will save me thousands of dollars!). The hygienist was top notch and did a great job. The gentleman doing the lab/milling portion of scanning to make the crowns was very professional and appeared confident in his part of the work as well. Will update when the crowns are seated :)

Five Star care & staff. Dr. Guist is the best in the business, bar none. Krystal, the Dental Hygienist is the best in the country!

Crystal did a fantastic job in cleaning my teeth. Staff is also user friendly. I highly recommend the Center for Family & Implant Dentistry.
