It makes me really sad and disappointed to leave this bad review. I was extremely excited and confident in ordering my wedding flowers from this Etsy shop due to the amazing work that is advertised. Unfortunately, I received nothing like the work she is capable of. My flowers looked neglected and brittled. There are many artistic tricks that couldve been done to make the daisies look more full but instead they look like pieces of straw. The seller told me I sent MORE than enough flowers to work with so it wouldve been a good choice to double up the daisies and make them appear prettier. Any bit of more effort wouldve been appreciated to avoid what I was given. I spent a LOT of money on this as I ordered one of the nicest, largest frames feeling VERY confident my investment would match the work within but it simply did not. When I contacted the seller, she did not take any accountability for how underwhelming my product turned out and would not work out a financial arrangement to appease the less than satisfactory work she gave me. I am incredibly heartbroken and sad I spent around $500 for what turned out to be too embarrassing to put on my wall. These were the preservation of the flowers from my most special day and they were completely mishandled. And worse, the seller did not have any empathy or take any responsibility for that. The only reasons Im giving more than one star is because the packaging was perfection for something so fragile, the frame is beautiful, and the instructions for shipping the flowers was clear and easy to follow. Other than that, I do not recommend using this seller for your most precious keepsakes.

I just received the preservation from Stag Ridge Mercantile today from my September 30th wedding, and let me tell you, the 3-ish month wait was SO worth it! This piece is beautiful and carefully crafted, and they even included a memorial charm from my bouquet. I would recommend to everyone

Anna is so lovely to work with! She was really easy to reach by email and was super flexible with design requests. She even met up with my family members for a local drop off. It took a while for my flowers to dry but the end result is just beautiful. 100/10!
