Brians saved my wallet. I drive a Subaru WRX and it is temperamental as can be. It has been expensive to fix and keep going, but it is worth every bit of it. At the beginning of December I didnt have heat in my car, except when I was driving. I thought it could be my heater core or thermostat. I called 2-3 different places before Brians and wish I would have called them sooner. The first place I called was Wallace(should have known not to) I explained what was going on and they just assumed it was the heater core. I asked about the price and they said $1,500. I was not happy, its getting colder I dont have good heat and with Christmas around the corner, at the time, I did not have that extra money. But the kicker was that was just for labor. After the other disasters I called Brians. Instantly on the phone I felt more at ease. I explained everything. Instead of them assuming it is the heater core, they wanted to diagnose it to make sure. They listen to what I had told them, didnt just assume. They scheduled a day for the diagnosis and let me know it was my thermostat. The next day I had my car back and fixed. They are very trust worthy and made me feel good about leaving my car with them. With as much mods I have on it, I dont trust very many people. They let me know about stuff on the car that needed replaced as well. I have never felt more at ease with someone working on my car. Thank you so much!

Before I took my car there, I stopped by and talked to the owner. I told him about what it was doing, and asked when a good time to bring my car over would be. He gave me a day, about 2 weeks out, which is understandable. I know they are busy and I figured if he was telling me when I could send the car over that he would look at it when it got there. WRONG. I am not exaggerating when I say that This dude kept my car for over six months. Each time I called to check on it, Id get some kind of runaround about how he had one car in front of it when I finally got fed up with waiting and put the screws on him to get it finished (it was a convertible and spring had turned to fall and I wanted to get a little bit of enjoyment out of it before it got too cold) he told me it was done, so I ubered over there to get it. 1. When he gave it back to me it was SO FILTHY from sitting outside for 6 months that I couldnt even see out the windshield. If I owned a shop, I would be embarrassed to give a car back in this state. 2. Before I got home (less than 5 miles from the shop) it started acting funny. 3. I got it out to go get some groceries and all of a sudden it started whistling like a tea kettle and overheating. OVER HEATING WAS ONE OF THE BIGGER ISSUES THAT I WANTED HIM TO ADDRESS!!!! Now, 900 dollars and a year later, and it is sitting in my driveway, no better than the day I had it towed to him. I might as well have thrown that 900 bucks down the crapper. This is an old car that belonged to my dad (RIP) and I had saved up some money and I really wanted it fixed. He told me to bring it back to him, but Im out of money to spend on it (I felt like he shouldve at least offered to cover the tow! I do NOT recommend taking your car here. Service: Transmission
