Let me start by saying I built houses, and performed major site work such as laying water and sewer lines along with the construction of roads and building pads for 15 yrs. Ive since retired and that is why I hired Legacy to remodel several rooms in my house. I didn't want to take the time and track down the subs to do the work, which I ended up doing anyway. This job should have taken 3 - 4 months at most. It took him 7. He cuts corners by using people to install fixtures such as plumbing and electrical that are not plumbers or electricians. Because the toilets were not installed properly, one began to leak which caused a lot of water damage. The painters he used where horrible. They didn't properly prep the areas that were painted. When it was painted dust and dirt was painted into the areas as well. I had to hire painters to redo or touch up most of what was originally done. Get everything in writing down to the smallest detail. He will tell you one thing and then say he didn't say that or that it wasn't discussed. HE WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND SMILE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

We hired Legacy Remodeling for a total kitchen remodel. We are VERY happy with the work. Not only do they do a great job, but they stand behind the work they do. The quality of work they do is exceptional. The owner of the company is an honest, hard working, fine young man.
