It seems my review from a while ago was removed.
Long story short I hired Top Quality Roofing to replace the roof of a home I purchased. I had the roof replaced while I lived out of state. Part of the quote involved the removal of an old chimney. They removed the chimney however in the process it fell onto the roof and part of it fell through a skylight.
This caused three issues:
1. He tried to trick me into paying for a skylight that he broke
2. Since he had already been paid (my mistake), he took a very very long time, about 45 days to get the skylight fixed.
3. When I moved in there was a hole in the fireplace that led to under the home (a child could literally fit through and crawl under the foundation) likely from part of the chimney falling down the chimney hole when it also fell onto the skylight.
--- He refused to take ownership of this and claimed it could not have been from part of the chimney falling.
I guess the rats in Memphis like to eat cement now then? Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation

Last Thursday, I got a reasonable estimate for my roof repair. I will be glad when it is repaired.
