        Every single time I come here, you get my order wrong. I ordered two chicken burritos, a diet coke, and a coke. I get home. I have two spicy biscuits and two diet cokes. My name is Thomas. My badxfor not seeing that the tag on my bag said Terry. I pay you guys money. Have the decency to be a little more accurate with your service? Or is that too difficult? I'll wait for you to answer. I'll even hold my breath.

        I like this place because the fast food is super, everything is very delicious and the staff is very friendly and young, they don't take long, I recommend it

        Went to CFA tonight, always go to the bartlett location bc its normally very good! however tonight was NOT the case! we ordered on the app and went through the mobile drive thru, we ordered 1 soup, 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. when we got our order, they forgot a sandwich and gave us two soups. I called the lady over to politely let her know. upon waiting for her thats when we realized the bag of food was soaked. PSA, whoever bagged the soup NEEDS to learn that soup CANNOT GO UPSIDE DOWN IN A BAG the soup soaked all our food, soaked the bag which caused the bottom of the bag to rip and soup went all over my car. i told the lady in the drive thru that all the food in the bag was ruined and we needed new fries, sauce, bag, etc. i handed her what was left of the bag and she sat it on the side of my car window getting soup all over the side of my car, she asked me to dig through the bag and get the stuff out of it. I told her we were missing a sandwich and i needed new fries. she brought me another soup (3 soups at this point and i only ordered one), the missing sandwich, and one fry. at this point i was over it, i had soup all over my car, soup all over me and my boyfriend, and the food we got out of the bag was cold. I was hoping for better service and assistance with the situation, however i felt i didnt receive the service I shouldve received. For the future, all i ask is y'all train your employees how to properly fill bags
