        The personnel here have always been friendly, courteous, and professional. They noticed that I normally carry a substantial balance in my checking account and suggested changing it to an interest bearing account, which has been an advantage for me.

        waited way to long in the lobby to open an account even thou no one else was there needing help.(an Everytime occurrence.) card doesnt work at most places unless ran as credit and that was a still iffy. got letter in mail saying I requested a new card (I didnt.) got new card in mail. Its a MasterCard. They switched from visa to MasterCard. Wth. tried using atm with my old card. Says not valid. Try new card. Not valid. called number on front of card to activate it since old card wont work now. Got a lady who says that customer service has no way of activating your card and you have to call the exact number I just called and got her. (She also says we were going from MasterCard to visa. Which is not what the paper said) now I dont even know which one is the new one or the old one) get in lobby where the only clerk and a lady were just talking. Clerk Asked her several times if she needed anything else but then proceeds to continue talking to her about nothing while I stand and wait. (I eventually just left) Ive been able to use the atm zero times. Ive been able to use the card only a few times. I was told by several people when I moved here not to bank with them for several various reasons. I still did for connivence and I regret wasting my time.
