I consider Melanie more than just a realtor she has earned my trust and respect. I truly consider her a friend. When I finally decided to buy a house I had so many stipulations that HAD to be met or I wasnt going to buy. Melanie took it as a challenge and never once looked at me or acted upset when I wasnt liking the houses she showed me. She worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. She has been there to answer every question I could possibly have. I moved to Germany due and Melanie couldnt be more helpful! She made it a point to keep me updated on every step of the way on my selling. Thats right, she not only helped me buy my house but also helped sell it. She took matters into her own hands due to me not being able to be there. She got repairs done asap and really left me with a piece of mind that I am truly being taken care of. I sold my house while living in another county and she made it happen effortlessly. I absolutely recommend her, she is honest hardworking and 100 percent for her clients! If you need a realtor, do yourself a favor and talk to the realtor with a pig! I promise you wont be disappointed! I wish I could give more stars shes truly helped me in every way possible and I am forever grateful for being able to cross paths with such an amazing human being!
