        First Krista H and G... Hell A-z, were both rude and unhelpful. If you're calling with news be prepared to help fix the bad part. That's the least you can do. Was guaranteed not to owe anything on previous company's account when they transferred me and then low and behold, a balance. Ridiculous. Was frustrated all day. Until. LUCY COME IN TO SAVE THE DAY. Called about info on my Drivewise credits and she took the time to look into my account and come up with a resolution to my issues. All I was looking for was someone to take a minute and help figure this thing out. Let's hear it for Lucy! Screw National geographic I mean damn national general ha. Thank you so much LUCY for your help. She's the reason I will stay with All-State.

        My only problem was changing to Allstate who at the time said they would take care of moving me from previous company to them. During the process I had to get involved in the move, and it caused me to have a lapse policy for two days which in the long run makes me look incompetent and not responsible. For that I blame you..!
