I never leave negative reviews BUT on this occasion of dealing with a very dishonest owner, I want to prevent others from being taken advantage of. On 05/05/15 I ordered Merchandise that was not currently in stock but owner Tangela Robinson would order that day and have ready for pick up by the following Monday at the latest. (Paid in full as required). Merchandise NEVER came in. Owner Tangela made different excuses over a three week period. (every phone call, visit to store documented) I asked for a refund, she refused. I ended up contacting my Credit Card company and having them do a charge back. Tangela told my cc company that I paid for and RECIEVED the merchandise. CC company still investigating. If she (Tangela) never received the merchandise...how could I have received it? Don't pay for anything NOT ALREADY IN STOCK!
