        I had a genuinely disturbing experience with the manager, the dark shorter hair lady. Just an absolutely horrifyingly bad person who should not have the position she has.

        This bank is the only bank out of every heritage I've been to that will not allow the account holder call in a withdraw for someone else to pick up. Every other one will allow you to show your ID and sign a slip and pick the withdraw up that the account holder owns.
