Ashland Farms Apartments

I have lived here for almost 3 years now, and I honestly have not had any issues. From the friendly office staff to the amazing maintenance crew, they all have made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Ashland Farms for a safe and friendly place to live.

I've lived here going on 3 years. Anytime I've had apartment issues they were resolved quickly by a woundful maintenance team Rodney and Lou are great, lots of customer service skills and quick to respond! Michelle is wonderful but the other office staff were not customer service oriented At All. But now we have Lacy she is another spark to the office! We got to remember well all make mistakes but all in all we learn from them! Give Ashland Farms a chance, nowhere is perfect! Keep up the good work Ashland Farms staff! Rent prices could be cheaper and not raised every year tho

If I could give this place 0 stars, we have had some kind of problem from the day of moving in with a leaking dishwasher. Took us multiple months to get fixed being told we didn't know how to close it. It just needed to be closed harder, and it wouldn't leak. From there in the summer our ac went out due to freezing on the machine we called in to maintenence about 8pm and was told ac isn't a priority and they would be out the next day to fix it. When they came the next morning to fix it we were told ac isn't necessary and none of the maintence will come out after hours to fix it that's what they make opening windows and fans for. The people in the office pick and choose who gets a garage. My wife and I have lived here for a year and still have about 4 people ahead of us for a garage. People who moved into my building 2 months ago magically got a garage. The smell of weed is getting tiring because we don't want our newborn around it. Our car got broken into, another person's car was broken into, and nothing was done. The parking pass situation is complete bull. They say you need a sticker in order to not get towed, there is over 15 people in my area alone that doesn't have the pass, my mom also lives in the same apartment complex and she's been having problems with bugs, spiders, and other little things in her apartment no matter how many time maintenance comes out another really gets fixed. Over all apartment complexes, I give it a 4/10, maintenance 4/10. Just look somewhere else to rent once we find something else we are going to be moving out. The neighbors above us are loud as hell stomping, playing loud music and slamming doors up until about 1am. A few weeks ago, we heard banging on a door and kids screaming bloody murder like they were getting abused, cops showed up, but the banging seemed like it lasted an hr or so. We have been there since March of 2023 and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Shout out to the maintenance team! Had a refrigerator issue and they came the day it broke figured out what I needed and got it ordered. Back up and running within a few days! Good at there jobs and just really nice!!!
