        I have always gotten excellent service from Jay Jay and Clint,plus guys in the shop do great job on my vechile too.

        Took truck in for front end alignment oil change and tire rotation. Dropped vehicle off at 7:30 and was advised would be about 4 hours. I went home, got a phone call 6 hours later that bolts on front end were loose and they wanted to charge me an hour of labor for o tighten them in addition to alignment. I drove to shop only to find the scar marks on the supposed loose bolts were scarring from someone trying to tighten them, I just had all new front end parts installed by certified mechanic. When I told them I wasnt an idiot and I didnt need the alignment guaranteed, just do it. I was then told my truck had been sitting on rack over three hours without being touched. They then advised me to come pick my truck up that they wouldnt work on my vehicle. Avoid at all costs. Crooks that try to take advantage of individuals.

        Beware, this is the only tire company I have ever bought tires from that won't take returns. Tried to size up my truck tires and realized they didn't fit and rubbed my fenders. They would not take them back. So I went to Raleigh Tire who always gives you 60 days to try them out. Guess I'll try to sell tires with less than 500 miles.

It is company policy that we must inspect all suspension parts installed prior to any of our locations performing an alignment. Upon inspection there were several issues found. Report of inspected before we started the alignment, first found wheel bearing bolts that were not making contact with the surface, giving the appearance of not being tightened all the way. Most likely the bolts were too long for the particular hole they were in.
