Sherri has helped us buy and sell numerous houses in urgency when a family member got sick. Not only did she take care of everything regarding the houses, but she cares about her clients as well constantly checking on us making sure we were okay. Ive always been wary when it comes to realtors, but Sherri is knowledgeable, honest, kind, and understanding. I will always refer people to her! Thankful is an understatement.

If you want the best realtor ever, you contact Sherri Schmid. Youre not going to get a better person than her. She is everything you want and more. She actually cares for her clients and wants the best for them. And she does it 10000% the right way. She is not going to let you miss anything and be prepared for any situation that may arise. She has helped us with many houses throughout the past few chaotic years, and even cared so much for us as clientele that when we looked into a house for sale by owner, she dropped as our agent so no fees would need to be paid yet STILL helped us with every step of the way. That is the kind of PERSON she is. She has become extremely close in my life, my fiancs life, and my sons. Shes become so meaningful and caring in our life shes his Gigi. I could continue to praise this woman more and more, but there are not enough words that can be used to describe the positive impact she and Groome and Co have had on our lives. Thank you for providing us with a superior buying experience, Dewey Dillard and Groome & Co! Nine-hundred miles and a January snow/ice storm couldn't stop this transaction from happening! From start to finish, Dewey went the extra mile to make sure that we not only found the perfect home (not an easy task when the customer lives 900 miles away), but also made sure that the negotiation, inspection and closing phases were transparent and stress free. His communication, expertise and professionalism were on point throughout our home buying process and even after closing, we felt comfortable reaching out to him for information regarding local contractors, etc...
