        The hotel is new and nice; service was good but I gave 2 stars becuase for a new hotel it was the worst mattress ever. You are in the sleep business so please get mattresses that people can actual sleep on and get rest to enjoy their visit. STOP buying the cheapest mattress possible.

        The night auditor was rude as h***. I work for Marriott so I know how it could be some nights. I asked for my complimentary room upgrade and he lied and said there was no upgrades available. The parking lot was empty. Me and my wife waited at the front entrance for a while and luckily two guest at the hotel came in because we may not have checked in last night. His customer service was terrible. In my past stay the staff service was impeccable. I cant bash the entire facility when its great and theres just one bad apple
