His goal is perfection. Blake built my home to last for generations and require minimal maintenance. I have the lowest energy bills of anyone I know due to the air sealing, insulation, and HVAC system used in my home. Blake will not compromise on quality. If it’s “cheap” you’re looking for, Blake is not your guy. If it’s a high quality, energy efficient, comfortable custom home you’re looking for, Grissom Homes is the builder for you. I’d wouldn’t use anyone else.
