        Nice people and apartments but don't believe the $500 referral fee. I referred several people and 2 gave my name but only got 1 referral. NO misunderstanding about the referral, you owed me $1000 and paid me $500. It was brought up several times to your manager, actually copy of text from March 22nd ( Since there's new owners does that mean the 2nd $500 check isn't happening? )

        So far its been great. All the people Ive met have been nice and welcoming. Lots of dogs in the community which I think is great since I have one myself. Its been a great first 2 months
