TA Truck Service

Racist management night time lady and trigger happy Security. Especially the one that drives the Black Ford Expedition (BFH 2396) EXTREMELY trigger happy and invades personal space, but The older security guard that drives the Cream colored Mercury Piner suv (JSE 1084) with the camper on the back that leaves his Black and white dog hostage in the car with no ventilation wasn't that bad just very problematic. Had police called on me for waiting for a tow truck. I can almost guarantee neither are actual TN licensed guards and have never taken a de-escalation course. Neither carry a less lethal option and that is absurd. Someone should really clean house this is a terrible look for this establishment. Facility is extremely dirty. I will also be filing a discrimination lawsuit against the TA station as a whole.

Very rude sales person! Waited from 11:40 to 12:45 am for fuel and pack of cigarettes! Is 2024 people is so necessary to stop everthing for one hour to count the coins? Are you serious? And to owner quit the security guy ! You dont need it ! Just pay a few dollars more to educated personnel and youll never need a security! Because of security your sales are very rude with the costumers! We spend thousands $$ on your gas stations every week! I think we deserve some respect , a little bit! Maybe at least half from how much we respect you! 4/2 to 4/3 the women was very rude and noneducated! Picture is for you! Malboro is silver pack not ultra light! And if someone ask for silver malboro for sure is not gold pack!

Why is it when the short heavy older angry woman works the place looks horrible and the hot chocolate is never refilled, she acts like she hates working there! Its miserable to know I have to see her at 3am sometimes
