Nashville Trees Be Gone

Contacted them by phone call to get an estimate. I sent pictures and explained what exactly needed to be done as requested. I then received a quote through text, and stated I would call back to let them know for sure if/when I needed the work done, and was told that would be fine. I called the next day to schedule a time to have the work done, but no answer. The mailbox was full, so I could not leave a message. I also sent a text that day letting them know I wanted to move forward with the work, and that their mailbox was full. A week went by and I called again (no answer, mailbox full), and sent another text message. I did this again a week later, and haven't heard anything. I don't think I've ever seen a business that didn't want to make money, but here it is. I tried several times, but refusing to answer or even acknowledge my communication attempts is unacceptable.

Called them about a simple job to remove some stumps from my yard. Said they'd show up multiple days but never would. Very hard to reach. Would not recommend their service.

Buyer beware! Would absolutely not recommend them. They trimmed five Leyland Cypresses for us, effectively killing every one. After my husband called, Mike came out once to check, agreed on a price to remove them, and scheduled a date. He skipped the scheduled appointment and then never returned nor returned multiple phone calls, texts or emails. Completely unprofessional: we would NEVER use this service again. If you are looking for a reputable service contact Davis Tree Service; they do an outstanding job at a much more reasonable cost.

We had a tough job. Large old trees, near power lines and well into my neighbors yard and over his house. Mike and his team did an amazing job! They worked safely and methodically. They got everything taken care of without any incidents. And most importantly he gave me expert advice and helped me find issues with tress on the property that were posing major safety issues by dying from the inside out. He knew what to look for and definitely saved me more money than I spent with his expertise by taking down a very large tree that was practically jelly on the inside when it was finally taken down. Best part was Mike is so honest that he was able to show proof of the issues to help instill confidence in his advice and help me trust him to make the right decisions. I would highly recommend without any reservations at all!
