I lost my house key and couldn't get into my house. After explaining what happened to the manager Bethany, her and the rest of the staff made getting into my house a quick and easy process at no charge. Even though Timber Trails doesn't offer lockout service after hours, they helped save me from paying a locksmith $175! Every experience I've had with the staff here has been very pleasant!

I have had the best of renting experience from the entire leasing process from the word go. As challenging as it can be with finding a home remotely without ever seeing it, Bethany made this process effortless and I am forever grateful for the transparency Bethany and her team at Timber Trails provided. We have enjoyed our 18 month stay with no issues. We received prompt communication and prompt response to all maintenance requests. Bethany has always been just a phone call away. Thank you Bethany and Timber Trails for exceeding all our expectations.
