I contacted this company to manage a 45,000 square foot paving project I needed handled ASAP. James got right on the project and provided a fantastic estimate, and follow through with his promise to keep the project within budget and within the deadline. He provided pictures even to my cellphone, of ongoing work and made himself available for questions at anytime I needed him. I cant say enough good things about this company as this is not my first experience using this project manager though the last project wasnt as high priority, it was handled with just as much professionalism, consideration and absolute results, which for me is what got the job done. I am happy to provide a recommendation for James White- Brown personally as he is highly skilled at project management no matter how big or small, I trust him to get it done. Thanks James. We are a nonprofit and yet find ourselves needing service providers and thus have several projects we refer to this company quarterly and each time we are satisfied with the results of our projects which end closed and within budget. Even when the occasional hiccup occurs, this team keeps you informed and doesnt allow it to impede project completion and if it happens to occur the turnaround time is acceptable and reasonable. This company rocks! James handled my projects with professionalism and enthusiasm at each stage of the relationship! I was impressed with the knowledge of the project manager as he has a solution to most of my concerns and was able to have both projects completed within schedule. Also, I can always count on this company to provide good honest feedback during property sweeper audits and I can call this company at 3 am for a fire alarm call and they will handle it as if it were 10 am. Professional and dependable.
