        The experience i had with advance financial is a terrible type, i cant wish such experience to my enemy, i made a payment using my debit card to advance financial to pay-off my loan so that i will be free from daily interest, after the payment was made online and my card was debited, advance financial went further to void my payment with no reason, this happened on Friday early hours of the morning, the same morning they went ahead debiting my card for the interest due of $310 which was inclusive in the said paid-off amount they have already debited me and voided, I called to know why they voided my pay-off payment after debiting my card, they couldnt give me reason why they voided the payment, they asked me to take a screenshot of my online payment concerning the money I paid and send to the email they gave me and I did, they confirmed it ,at the same time they refused to initiate reversal of the said amount back to my account, I made several calls the same Friday and also Saturday, they held the money and at the same time billing me for daily interest, after three days being Monday the coming week i called them again they said they will initiate return of the money back to my card which will take 3-5 business days, the customer care promised me to call back as soon i received the money that they have concluded to wave out the daily interest that took place within these period starting from the Friday they voided the payment with no reason, the money returned back to my card on Thursday, I called them and notified them that the money is back to my card, their response was nothing can be done about the daily interest for the period they voided my payment and kept the money on their end without doing anything, this is a sad experience that portrays intimidating motive so that u would continue to pay interest without been able to pay-off your loan
