Chris H. was great from the time he called initially to introduce himself, to his follow up call to confirm he was on his way. Chris was professional, friendly, down to earth, communicated what he was there to do, and showed up early for the job. The other item that impressed me was that Chris made sure to be respectful in my house with his mannerisms, and also laid down a work tarp on the kitchen floor and explained to me what steps he would be taking to remedy the kitchen pipe backup. He also made sure to clean up afterwards and was very open in communications on what he found/didn't find when his work was finished. I am thankful that Chris was the one who was called in on this job, as I had been washing my dishes in the bathroom tub for six days, on hands and knees, as we lost usage of our kitchen sink and dishwasher which created a great deal of stress and inconvenience in our daily lives. Chris's nature and professional demeanor made it a bit bearable that the leasing company ran me through hoops and kept denying that the issue with the sink wasn't just a simple "clog" in the PVC drain traps and pipes (which I took apart and completely cleaned prior) for several days. I would confidently recommend Bradley Heating and Air, and most specifically Chris H., for any services that you may require that this locally owned company specializes in. Van V. Saukam
