Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Near Tanger Outlets

I had stayed there from March 15 -17, I parked my car at 11PM, sometime between 11PM and 6AM 8-9 cars including mine. The hotel could car less about what happened. This is with them having a guard (never seen) and a person working near the cameras. STAY AT THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Personal luggage was drug out and left in front of the hotel. The worst support, hotel service and security I have ever seen. Could careless about my experience.

Stayed for a short visit. Pulling in from the interstate, it is towards the back away from the road. Upon entering the hotel, the parking was narrow. Inside, there is a huge chandelier giving the illusion of it being a nicer hotel. It is not. There was no greeting when we stepped up to the counter. When trying to sign in, I was asked if I had already paid. Which I purchased the stay thru Choice Hotels. We stayed in room 236. When we entered the room, there was a strong bleach smell. We dropped our things and went to get dinner. It was a convenient location where we needed to be. When we got back to our room later, we showered and got ready for bed. The bathtub/shower combo the tub had a major dip down the middle to where you had to stand with your feet spread out as to not be standing in dirty water because the water was not draining properly. Even the next morning, the water was still standing. The doors were clearly dirty, the comforter on my side was ripped and stained. The bathroom also had red splatters which looked like they tried to cover up with shiny paint over the flat paint already there. The bathroom vent had clearly been left uncleaned for some time, it had a thick layer of dust. There is no proper ventilation in there. The carpet between the beds was stained. With what? Im not sure. I was afraid to touch/look any more. The carpet going up the stairs from the lobby were dirty, definitely hadnt been cleaned in some time. When we checked out, a gentleman was up front wiping the counter, saw me come up to the counter and didnt acknowledge that I was trying to get business done until I had to speak up and say good morning . After checking out, upon returning home, I noticed I left my phone charger plugged into the outlet beside the first bed to the right, I called the hotel. Told them just as written above. I was told theyd go check, theyd call me back in three minutes.( 9:02 pm.) I called back around 9:22pm, was put on hold immediately with the music twice. Then I called back and stayed on hold till they took me off. Only for them to tell me I dont know, I didnt see, I will have room cleaner check, Ill call you tomorrow. By that, Im sure Im not getting a call back. I wouldve gladly paid for shipping or mailed them a prepaid envelope just to get my charger back. Add dishonesty to the list. This hotel was definitely purchased for a price then remodeled poorly. They gave it the landlord special. Poor cleanliness all around. I do not recommend staying here. I wouldnt feel comfortable staying here again. Rooms: Dirty. Period.

We had a great stay! The rooms and hallway could use a new coat of paint and I don't think the pool heater was on but other than that we had a great time! Close enough but not too close to downtown great bar/ restaurant right in the hotel parking lot! Very busy area but we didn't even hear the traffic in our room. Our stay was in Antioch,I noticed when I was looking at reviews it looked like the reviews were for multiple properties

I stay at Choice hotels often. About a year ago, they implemented a new digital system where you can sign a blank tablet and they will apply your signature to your checkin documents. I ALWAYS ask them to print the document so that I can read what I am signing. After taking my money and giving me the room keys (the man at the front desk was really nice), a second man stopped me and said I needed to sign the blank electronic form. I called customer service. While on the phone with customer service, the owner came running to the front desk and yelling (no exaggeration) that i HAVE TO sign the blank electronic page and allow them to apply it how they want. The customer service heard that and asked who was yelling at me. I told her. I then reiterated that I would only sign what I can read. I asked they to print it so that I can read and sign. The owner told the front desk staff to block my room and not allow me in. He then told me that I cannot stay in the hotel despite them having already taken my money and being given keys. I asked for a refund, if I cant stay. He said NO. He said that I was trespassing and needed to leave. I again asked for a refund. He refused and told the staff to kick me out and not let me back. I called the police Every Choice property gives you the ability to read what you sign. This property refuses, which leads me to believe they intend to use the signatures for nefarious purposes. It is also the only time a manger/ owner entered a conversation with screaming and yelling. Horrible and traumatizing experience for my family.
