I will never come back. My insurance was supposed to cover basic exams and imaging. However, they sent me a bill 6 months later, after I changed my dental insurance. $100 for basic exams and imaging with insurance is crazy. During my appointment, they were trying to charge me almost $2000 (after insurance) for deep cleaning. Luckily, I refused the deep cleaning treatment. Another dentist told me that my teeth were fine and I should not need a deep cleaning.

They were very informative, detailed and helpful answers upon examination and future procedures.. Very professional place and one on one knowledgeable communication

This felt a whole lot like buying a car not a dentist. Made me pay before service. Everyone was so polite but like that fake polite. I am from out of town had an emergency and needed 2 teeth pulled. One was even infected . After numbing me up she left for so long she had to do it again. The worst part didn't even bother to treat pain said she just tells her patients to just take Tylenol or ibuprofen. I told her I'm allergic to antibiotics she still tried to give me something that would kill me. I advise anyone going to aspen dental anywhere just don't!
