Buick GMC Service

Went to dealership for 1st scheduled maintenence since purchasing from the same dealership in October, 1st service is on them: oil change, tire rotation. Asked 3 separate times to confirm the rotation, each time the answer was yes. Waited more than 60 minutes but less than 90 for a scheduled appointment. After getting my car back, upon further inspection after leaving the lot, I realized my tires had not been rotated. Due to damage on a rim, I was able to tell. While they rectified the issue and the tires were rotated in less than 30 minutes I can't help but still be concerned about the whole ordeal. What's the quality assurance process to ensure the work has been done not to mention it feels scammy. The itemized bill I received notes the rotation so the location was set to be reimbursed for the work even though it had not been done. On top the safety implications from not rotating tires as scheduled. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this location and this is how they treat it when I bring it for maintenence? No a happy customer. No fault to Tyler, he was great.

You some of these care dealerships really suck. Lots of promises that are never delivered and at the end of the day youre left with a bad taste in your mouth and telling yourself youre never going to a dealership again. However this place changed my mind about that. My sales guy Michael has literally gone above and beyond for me, I can call him any time of the day and he picks up and talks to me like Im his best friend. Pulls strings and makes you feel like youre running the show. And Jared in the service department kept me up to date on the process of some issues so was having with my 2024 gmc at4 (pretty much the best vehicle Ive ever owned by the way) he didnt make me feel stupid and since I lived over an hour and a half away, hooked me up with a rental car for free so I could have wheels while they did their thing with my truck for a week. They even put their master tech mechanic on my issues. SHOUT OUT TO THAT GUY TOO, I forgot his name but that dude was down to earth and actually cared about what he was doing. You could tell it wasnt just a paycheck for him. He actually enjoyed his job and took pride in it. Hats off fellas. You deserve to be recognized.
