My review does not have anything to do with the home what so ever! My review is based on the community. When I look out my back deck I see nothing but trash which isnt a great scenery at all! When I am sleep at 5am on a Saturday or Sunday morning I hear loud exhaust pipes rooming because someone is speeding down the street that is directly behind my townhome. I want quiet and nice scenery. I have even considered going over to the dumpster where the trash sits next to and picking it up myself to keep my scenery clear of trash but when I was going to do it the following day someone put an entire couch in the dumpster so I figured people will keep doing this nonsense and I would be wasting my efforts. Other than this I love my home, brand new everything from appliances to fixtures fast forward to this evening I came home to that trash picked up, what a major difference!!!!! I now have no complaints of my home and ready to enjoy my deck for the summer! Friendly staff and efficient quick leasing! Great location and feels like home!

I just moved in on 3-1-2024 and I love my new place. Its quite with 24 hr security, my unit is brand new and the office staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend
