If I can give 0 stars I would. I never live here again. Hidden fees, dirty, roaches, management never answers the phone.

Oh God these apartments are awful, I wish there were reviews when I moved in. Its not gated so theres regular car break-ins. Its dangerous here, there have been shootings & Ive seen police yellow taping crime scenes multiple times (most recent incident was 7 days ago). If they offer you a 4th floor unit with elevator, dont take it! Elevator doesnt work, hasnt worked for 6+ months and it beeps LOUDLY all day and night. Also they added shared utility fees for all residents so this may double your utility bills. They dont register cars so if you get off work late there will be no where to park. Dont park handicap or on the side to move your car in the a.m. it will be towed to a town 45 minutes away. Maintenance is great, youll get acquainted with them as mostly everything will be broke in your apartment (sink, dishwasher, furnace, outlets, appliances). They are beautiful apartments on the outside but thats about it, counting down the months until my lease is over. I highly recommend prospective tenants to find another complex.

I have been here for over 1 year!!! Most residents don't respect their neighbors! There is loud music, yelling, fighting, noisy neighbors, etc. There's a noise curfew in place that is totally overlooked!!! Everyone deserves to come home and enjoy their evening after working hard all day and be able to sleep at night!!! The property has become dirty with trash from residents who don't care. The property's car wash has turned into a mechanics shop for the Hispanic residents. As I am writing this review, I am listening to music blaring, the neighbors are yelling, and it's 2am. When you report the disturbance to management, nothing is done to correct the issues! All residents are paying to live here, and there are rules in place so we can all live here peacefully. Great apartments, great concept, but there are SOME RESIDENTS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THE RULES, THE PROPERTY OR RESPECTING OTHERS!!!! and this is what causes the devalue in the neighborhood! Also, the 5 stars could be based on the location of the residents' apartment - the location of my apartment has terrible, inconsiderate, and loud neighbors!!

Just moved in about a week ago and so far everything has been great! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they aren't the greatest at responding to emails and it's very difficult to get anyone on the phone, I think their CRM system needs an upgrade so they can provide better service in that aspect however in person they are absolutely wonderful and helpful. When my partner and I moved in our garbage disposal didn't work, I put the maintenance request in at the office and it was fixed same day. Parking has been fine, I have had no issues finding a spot close to my apartment, I am very close to the leasing office so I can't speak for others but my experience with parking has been positive. The gym could use a little TLC, the left cable on the cable machine is stuck in place so you can't adjust the height and the battle rope needs to be replaced but other than that we love it! The trash is taken every night and it was a hot mess at the dumpster for a day but I think many people were moving in/out and by the next day it was mostly gone and organized and looked so much better. I've seen a maintenance guy around cleaning the pool and picking up around the place so it's definitely being maintained. I'm excited to spend a few years here and would highly recommend moving here to anyone looking into this community.
