Excellent service and attention to detail from Servpro- Max and Gray were quick to access the damage and come up with a game plan. Gray was our contact thru the process, and was such a congenial and helpful person. The guys that fixed our ceiling and flooring did a fabulous job- we are very happy. And Gray was always at our disposal every step of the way. We are very happy with our Servpro experience.

Would not recommend. Give super high estimates, do not follow through, and dont communicate between each other. We had the mold remediation team come in and give estimate and then the renovation guy came in to give estimate. Got estimate from mold team and they did their work and paid them. Week later still hadnt heard from the renovation guy with estimate. Had to constantly call until finally was told he had to come back out. Then he said he couldnt do anything until had a roofer come in and fix roof and a siding guy to fix outside. Then he quoted my wife $30,000 for the rest of the work. Not including the roof and outside. We had a roofer we chose come out and quoted us $900 for roof repairs and another company come out to quote the work on the inside. Same work Servpro quoted my wife on. This company gave estimate of $10,000 for everything inside and also the outside siding work. Mold team is great. Stay clear of the renovation team. We were also told they are 4-6 months out on doing work.

We contacted ServPro of Maryville when we came home from a getaway to discover warped and peeling hardwood floors. They responded extremely quickly and brought assessment equipment, fans, and dehumidifiers. They were encouraging, supportive, and confident. Max, Gray, Matthew and all employees were great and 5* themselves. Pictures show before and when dry waiting for us to pick out flooring to replace. They worked w smooth relationship w insurance setting up a great experience there as well.

Was just yelled at by one of your employees on Alcoa hwy. I was getting on the hwy from an on ramp and I assume he was trying to get over in my lane at the same time. He sped up merged into my lane and slowed down and stopped and leaned out the window and yelled something at me. I guess he assumed I was gonna stop too. That was very unprofessional and reflects your company since he was driving a company car
