U-Haul Moving & Storage of Alcoa Hwy

The owner/manager Kevin, was very helpful. Him and his team made the experience very smooth, I will recommend this location on Alcoa Hwy. Great manager and very clean location. Easy to get to all storage locations and picking up/ returning equipment. Thank you to everyone at this location.

I would not recommend If I could leave no star I would. Customers service was not informative, when it comes to drop off time they did not text to notify when supposed two. I got charged 100 dollars for being one hours late. Charge unessasary fees, be careful asked to fill the whole uhall up when we received it empty also got charged for that for only 3 days I got charged nearly 300 something dollars.

I Rented a 8 x 12 trailer for 24 hours on 7/31/23 at your corporate store in Alcoa Tn. I rented a 8x12 for Moving my daughter to college. Was a few minutes late returning on a 24 hour rental on 7/31/23. Ray your store manager, Charged me an extra day. Manager Ray, did not share when I told him I would be back right before closing on 7/31with it and that there would be a second day charge. If one minute late. I was about 61 minutes late before they closed at 7pm . I was a U-Haul dealer in the past for 15 years and I know they have grace on this. But he explained that they would not give me any grace. Also, as I was traveling back to return it, I called at 4 oclock to share & I was going to be there about five minutes before closing. Nothing was said about one minute over being charged a second day. He was very very very stern and would not at all listen or try to assist in anything. Other than flat out no!!
