Randy, your review is deceptive and an inaccurate representation of our company. Our values have always been to serve our community with fairness, respect, and quality service. We presented an estimate of the cost of this job prior to starting any work. We also offered an opportunity to price shop with other companies. The work was approved by our customer, your mother, at that time.The estimate included a water heater, expansion tank, additional fittings, installation, and disposal of the old unit, all of which are accounted for in a flat rate fee. The payment was then collected at the completion of the job. The terms and conditions, which were signed, clearly state that there is NO price breakdown of the job. Our pricing is fair and competitive in comparison to other plumbing companies and we pride ourselves on that.Please keep in mind we are licensed and insured professional plumbers. The owner of our company is not always available to respond immediately as he is also in the field assisting other customers. At this time the owner has left you a voicemail and is waiting for you to return his call.Lastly, the customer, your mother, left a five-star review stating, “Michael and his helper were awesome!
