Needed insurance under somewhat unusual circumstances, and another local office was unable to help. Brad and Janice got a policy in place for a reasonable premium that same day. Great service, and I will be recommending this office to clients in the future.

Was with this insurance company 3 years and was very happy until I found cheaper insurance through state farm and Janice Parris was not friendly with me at all when I called to see what I needed to do to cancel my policy. I wasnt sure I was understanding what all she needed from me and that seemed to strike a nerve with her. After speaking with her and realizing the poor customer service she offered with a touch of rudeness and hatefulness I could not have swapped companies any faster. Thank you Janice for showing me my decision to switch was the correct way to go. I spoke to progressive directly after the chaos with Janice and they canceled me immediately and told me information that she gave me was not correct (I CAN verbally cancel my policy as Janice informed me couldn't be done) so I had state farm send her all the unnecessary things she needed anyways just to show her I can stoop her level and play hardball too. Goodluck to anyone who tries to deal with this woman in the future....she is unprofessional and apparently unknowledgeable on how insurance policys really work
