Johnson & Sons Flooring

This was a wonderful purchasing experience! I replaced the laminate flooring in my house with luxury vinyl and love it! It is gorgeous! Colby spent a lot of time helping me find it. Everyone I spoke with at the Maryville store couldnt do enough to make sure I got what I needed. The installers were courteous and did great work. I received follow up calls to check my satisfaction! I couldnt be happier and will definitely come back to this friendly family owned place

After searching for engineered hardwood at various places, I finally found what I was looking for at Johnson and Sons in Alcoa at a great price. Colby was so helpful and answered all my questions. A few days later, I received a call informing me that the floor I ordered was on backorder. I was disappointed but was told if its the floor I love, that Id be glad I waited. Indeed, Im so glad I waited and I am thrilled. The floor is absolutely gorgeous. For me, installation was my main concern. Alexis and his buddy were our installers. He did the most beautiful job. You have to be a little artistic to lay this floor as the color and lengths vary greatly. He did everything to perfection. Very talented. He was so polite and they were both very professional. It was a 6 day job and when they left, it looked as though they hadnt been there. Beautiful job in every aspect. Seriously, please give Alexis a raise! Hes awesome and I couldnt be happier. The scheduling department and everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Johnson and Sons in Alcoa. I will definitely do business with them in the future if needed. Just a top notch experience and that says a lot because Im kind of a picky person!

Fabulous experience!! Colby was excellent to work with and gave me such a great product!! I am selling my house and wish my floor was going with me, it is so gorgeous and easy care. The job was done on time, in budget and the install crew were the happiest construction crew Ive encountered. I cant recommend them enough, just delighted with the work and only wish I could say that about the other contractors that worked on my flip house. Johnson and Sons Flooring came through for me.
