        My phone overheated the first day I got it. The woman at the Alcoa store (Carman) gave me a very hard time and lied to me and told me that the Lenoir City had the phone and would help after me explaining to her that I had to exchange at the store I bought it from. She said it was owned by the same person and it was okay. I drove 40 minutes and a very nice man confirmed he could not exchange my phone and called her and she changed her story on the phone. Good company bad store.

        These people are unprofessional, dishonest and will rip you off. Most of the phones they have in store are cheaper at Walmart. There is always only one employee and never any more than that. I do not recommend.
