Vital at Springbrook

Touring this place Saturday but have already had an extraordinary experience so far with Leslie. Answered every single question I have had in a very timely manner. Has made the process welcoming and not nerve wrenching at all. Excited to see the actual place. UPDATE: Toured the place and absolutely fell in love. The pictures online are amazing, but everything is so much better and somehow even nicer in person. The application process was seamless and we will be moving-in in July. The amenities they offer you will just not find somewhere else.

I normally dont leave 1 star review. This apartment is just too many problems that I cant just stand it anymore. staffs who are working here are nice though. False advertising all the things they said you will get when you move in! If you are not rush to move in, go check around there has more is building or already built Fire alarm testing like been month now since moved in, good luck if you are working at night. Was no internet for at least 1 - 2 weeks with $90 charge for that - so good luck if you are working from home your internet will randomly gone one of the days and take forever to get it back Water pressure change from normal to ridiculous low, been a week now no update or explanation on why and when fix this, washing your hand with drizzling water. Car wash? Not sure when that is going to happen. By the way, no one moved in before 08/11th after 1st move in date got delayed twice, so go figure the rest of reviews.

Wonderful people that treat you like family when you first walk in the door. The amenities are great, but the people are what make this feel like home!

The staff (Raquel, Rabecca, Leslie, Chris, & Sebastian) have warmly welcomed us to our new home.
