        Mostly a quick and decent airport. Encountered one male TSA agent who was unbelievably rude and unpleasant. Not sure why he felt the need to bark at everyone coming through his line but its unnecessary and makes the airport look bad.

        The airport is smaller, so congestion is only as heavy as the tickets sold by airlines and normally during Holidays. Landing and exiting is fast... Even then it's not unbearable or over-whelming. Eventually the airport will probably expand but until then enjoy the smaller less packed atmosphere... FYI Delta Terminal at this Airport is beyond 5 Stars. I left my laptop on an incoming flight and the Delta employees held it in security for me for pick up.

        Unless you want to go , Boston ,NYC, or good gosh forbid Florida. Knoxville. Is the most locked up. Can't go anywhere at a decent rate. Just like Allegiant chucked the Myr Beach to Tys route. Knoxville worst can't go anywhere. Get Breeze, Southwest, ,fly American you have to stop Clt, Delta of course the Big A stop. Gonna need more than 1 airline ,1 destinations. 10 to 15 yrs late You can't live off the pretty mountains forever!!
