I don't know what happened with the other drivers who left reviews, but we had a great experience here. Yeah you gotta back in from the road, but it's not that difficult at all. The road is not busy and there is plenty of room to back right in there. Then you just back straight up to the docks, it's really an easy process. We was docked, loaded, and rolling out in about 30 minutes. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They loaded the items perfectly spread out for weight dispersion. We was at 79,200 lbs and was able to easily get the axles in the right spot to make us legal. So don't be discouraged with the negative reviews bc we had no issues at all. Easy back, helpful staff, and quick load time what else can a trucker ask for when picking up a load?
