        Anytime I go into this store I am helped in a timely manner. Andrew and Ben are incredible and do great at their job. Always welcoming and Andrew is so knowledgeable and a really good manager. He knows what he is doing and has great customer service. I had an issue with my daughters phone and got the run around from insurance. Andrew stayed on the phone with them until the issue was resolved. Anytime I have issues with my service it's always resolved and I leave a happy customer. Customer service is important and the guys at this store have it. I have seen them be super busy and help customers in a timely manner, but also have customers leave with their issues resolved and happy. I know I am a happy customer every time I leave and will continue with ATT as long as you have good employees like them.

        Switched over to ATT and a bunch of apps were downloaded to my phone, without consent! Had to uninstall several ATT branded apps and several childish games. A CNN and Facebook app were also downloaded WITHOUT the ability to uninstall. ATT has been NO HELP to get those apps off my phone. Not very happy with them at all. Customers should absolutely be inform of apps being downloaded prior to it being done!!
