        This bank literally sucks. Theyve doubled charged my account 3 times for something I purchased off of Amazon! And recently just got a fraud charge for $600. They dont do fraud alert or anything. Switching banks! Do not recommend!

        We have our checking, savings, and mortgage with FNBO. This is a good bank but no one answers the phone, ever. They say to leave a message but then I, as the customer, have to wait for them to call me back with no knowledge of when this will happen and will I be available to answer the call? This is not good customer service. It is very important to have someone answer the phone even if they say they will have someone call back.
