The first time I went there, the woman taking the order, an older woman who appeared to have been working there awhile and training in another person. She was in a very mean disposition. The tone and manner that she took my order was rude. I clearly asked for the pasta with one additional side on the order. It was like she was argueing with me over what menu item I choose. She finally began to make the oder but stopped to reprimand the trainee during the middle of the order. This was unprofessional in so many ways. If she trains all the other employees this was, no wonder they can't keep employees. Eventually she got the order done and never at any point offered a smile or kind word. I felt like an inconvenience.
I stopped by again about a week later. The trainee was making the dishes this time and the woman was cashiering. Once again she chastised and reprimanded the other employee. Totally degraded her. After that display of un professionalism for a second time. It doesn't matter how good the food is, I will not return there.
