Have you ever experienced magic in a cup? Then you've been to Nostalgia. This place is out of this world fantastic. You are guaranteed to feel better after having a freshly juiced drink, or a Purple Heart, that tastes like something only fairies can make, with rose petals, and lavender. If you're ever in Vermilion you'll want to stop for the delicious drinks!

I DID THE JUICE CLEANSE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I dont do juice cleanses because I have 0 desire to starve myself for multiple days and only drink sugar water. When I learned Nostalgias Health Club had a 1-day juice cleanse, I was ready to try! Why? Because I know and trust themSarah is an amazing herbalist and has helped with my health concerns for years! Heres how it went! Overall, Im glad I did it! The price point is great$25 is INCREDIBLY inexpensive for a freshly-made juice cleanse. Ive never seen one cheaper! They also cold-press which retains nutrients better and dont add sugar which is better for ALL the reasons! The juices are all different colors and SO pretty. (I know this doesn't really matter but, I like it!) I was far less hungry than I expected to be. I like that you are encouraged to eat if you are hungry and provided with a list of recommended options. I did snack a little, heres what I snacked on when I needed to: Fruit, Veggies, Triscuts, Avocado, Roasted Chickpeas. I didn't feel much better in the day immediately after but I definitely did the second day after! My Cleanse Day Thoughts: They recommend starting the day with WATER!! This is already something I do so no problem there. I also drink water throughout the day. Apple-Ginger: The ginger gives this a nice kick to get your morning going; this one wasnt my favorite but it was good. Carrot-Orange: This seemed like an odd combination but was delicious; I think it was my favorite of the day. Beet-Strawberry: This one was the thickest so farthe strawberry sweetened up the beet a lot and was quite yummy. Be prepared for that post-beet peeing though Celery Lemon: I struggled with this one. I dont care for lemon and hate celery. I did add a bit of elderberry tincture to cut the tart some. BUT! I know these two elements are important for detox and digestion (which was my reason for doing this) so I made it through! Full Disclosure: I did maintain my caffeine intake because I must!! I also had a barre workout the day I did this but would not recommend that. I had planned on waiting a day for a non-workout day but I was having a bad stomach day so figured it was the best day to go for it. P.S. Totally forgot to do the juice shot the day I did the cleanse so...I did it the next morning with my water!
