My recent experience with Maloni Real Estate, particularly with their employee Lourie, was deeply disheartening. Lourie's unprofessional and discriminatory behavior, marked by racist remarks and unjust eviction practices targeting students, raised serious concerns about the agency's commitment to fairness and equality. Furthermore, my dissatisfaction extended to the agency's handling of the deposit. Maloni Real Estate failed to return the full deposit, employing unnecessary and unjustified deductions that contradicted our agreement terms. This unscrupulous approach left me feeling deceived and disrespected as a tenant. Adding to the frustration, the charges imposed by Maloni Real Estate were excessively high compared to more reputable agents in the market. This apparent prioritization of profit over transparent and fair services underscored the agency's lack of value for money.
