        The staff was very unprofessional. They were throwing dirty towels at eachother while the cashier was taking my card. This location must be very unsanitary. I found what looks like a piece of leaf or leafy green inside the middle of my blizzard. French fries were also cold.

        The 12 year old kid with the white fro upfront has ZERO customer service skills and should not be on the front counter, put him on garbage duty. No hello no thanks, didn't say a word, his parents must be so proud.
