Prepare to be impressed. This is a beautiful renovation of a 100 year old home. (former fraternity house) The decor and amennities are top notch, the rooms were spacious, the beds were super comfortable, heated floors in the bathroom are a unique luxury. Coffee bars and snack stations on each floor not to mention the included breakfast. They even invited my (college student) daughter (who we were there to visit) to join us for breakfast at no charge. If you enjoy the night life it is an easy walk to the bars and restaurants downtown. I wish I would have taken photos to add to this review. I can't say enough about this B&B and would whole-heartedly recommend this as a lodging option when visiting Vermillion. We'll definitly stay aagain.

What a great remodel of an older fraternity building!  Located within steps of downtown Vermillion, this place is awesome!  Stayed here with my girlfriend and another couple to visit family/friends in town.  Carson and his wife did an excellent job on everything...don't forget to bring your appetite, as the breakfast is tasty and filling!
