        As the other reviews state, this is a terrific gym with everything needed to get and stay fit. For Medicare recipients, they have Silver Sneakers twice a week and an after-school kids fitness program; making Fitness First an integral part of the Tea, SD community. They offer a 7 day free trial too!

        W gym, love the environment, the way everyone welcomes you, and the trainers are so friendly. It has a wide range of machines and has practically everything you need but nothing thats outrageously fancy. I love this gym and would recommend
