        Been a customer since they opened. Excellent location and accessibility, super efficient communication and billing. Best of all, when I emptied a unit, they noticed within hours that the padlock was off and wanted to know if everything was okay. Highly recommend Ponderosa Park Storage.

        I had $900.00 worth of things stolen from my camper out here. There are no cameras on the outdoor storage. They steal propane tanks and can get in your under storage compartments like nothing. They came back repeatedly until more and more is stolen so do not leave anything in your camper. I also had regular storage and did not have any problems with the regular storage.

        They could clear snow away from garages better during this time of year. Just remember to bring your shovel. Prices are very good for the sizes of the units and enough space to maneuver with a truck and trailer.

      Hi Tami. We're very sorry that items were stolen from the storage compartments of your camper when you rented from us 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we learned from working with law enforcement that it is a common occurrence for outdoor parking areas. In fact, since May of 2022, we no longer offer outdoor storage due to it being such a high risk for theft. We do everything we can to eliminate any sort of criminal activity at our facility, however, we unfortunately can't control the actions of others. We have cameras in every single drive lane throughout our entire facility as well as a great working relationship with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department. In addition, management is attentive and is present on a daily basis.

      Thank you for your review! Our current snow removal policy is to clear snow away within 12-16” of the doorway, which is about as close as our equipment can get without risk of causing damage to the buildings and down spouts.We do plan to look into the feasibility of hiring a shoveling crew next winter, but it may be too cost prohibitive at our current rental rates.
