        They closed the pool down and refuse to fix it. The rent is always going up and the amenities down. They strong arm you into signing a new lease months before your lease is up and threaten to rent out your apartment before your lease is up and you've paid for it. I wish they would put the effort into doing better.

        Worst apartment complex management is horrible why we left now . They seem to always try to charge people when they leave even if everything was clean .

        My wife and I rented an apartment at the Carriage Green Estates location in Rapid City. After moving out we were hit with a $600+ charge for damaged carpets in what was really just some normal wear and tear. No stains, tears, burns, etc. We left the apartment in pristine condition. We have since disputed this ridiculous charge and were hit with court/collections threats before hearing anything back from management or receiving any late fees. Awful company to rent from.
