    If you like bad management, noisy neighbors (loud vehicles passing by, equipment sales with constant moving equipment alarms, 4am trash truck every morning then this is the place for you. Ive been renting apartments and townhomes for 16 years and by far this is the top worst 3 apartments Ive ever rented. We had to constantly request paperwork and maintenance with very little to no response. We went an entire week without hot water due to managements poor decisions. I called the office to let Carson know that I had to be at work and had a daughter in middle school. For $1495 a month we were only compensated $100 off the total rent. Being fed up with the lack of concern for their tenants we decided to give our notice to vacate. We cleaned that apartment better than we received it. When we moved in we noticed a horrible spell of wet dog and notified the office. They asked us to arrange and pay for professional cleaning if we werent satisfied. Absolutely appalling to say the least. Every time we called the office personnel was very rude and kept giving us the run around. We paid the first and last months rent and the company didnt clean the apartment properly before we moved in. Upon vacating we constantly had to call for our deposit, 2 months after we moved out we received only $399 of the $1495 deposit. I believe Carson was angry and he retaliated against us by keeping most of our deposit. Carson and his management company will nickel and dime you when you leave. I find this company very unreasonable, very dishonest and extremely shady. I dont recommend this management company whatsoever. There are better apartments in the area just do your research. Unfortunately we didnt and had to quickly move in somewhere before starting our new project in area.

Hi Angie, We've reviewed your feedback as well as the similar feedback from your fiance, Nicolas. Just like his, yours appears to be retaliatory. It is also important to note that we have tried to contact Nicolas to discuss his complaint and we have not received any communication back. We stand by our commitment to addressing concerns and working with our tenants. We encourage open communication, and we believe in fairness and transparency in our dealings. This is our first instance of communication regarding your experience with our company. It is also worth mentioning that you did not hold a lease with us. We sent you and your fiance multiple emails with the rental application, which was not filled out until months after you had already moved in and by the time we received it you had already given your notice to vacate. Moving in without following proper procedures is a breach of our lease agreements. Concerning the issues with noise disturbances, we would have been happy to assist with any noise issues. However, it is crucial to highlight that no formal complaint regarding noise was submitted. We also want to clarify that we worked diligently to address the hot water issue. Our team made every effort to fix the hot water heater in a timely manner, and we even provided extended hours of availability for hot water during the repair process. Our staff was on site every few hours for a week to manually reset the hot water heaters. We engaged multiple plumbers and eventually invested in a total replacement of the existing system to ensure a reliable solution. We also provided you a $150, not $100, for the time the hot water issue. Each unit in the building was credited 10% of their rent as the hot water was an issue for 10% of the month. As for the charges you mentioned, we maintain detailed records of repairs, cleaning, and maintenance, complete with pictures to ensure transparency. Whenever a tenant gives their 30-day notice, we inform them again of our high expectations of cleanliness when the apartment is vacated. It is stated in the moving-out email that if a tenant is expecting a full security deposit refund that we highly recommend hiring a professional cleaning person or company. We also encourage tenants to reach out right away after move-in if they believe there is a discrepancy to the unit so we can address the matter promptly. If you would like our documentation and photos pertaining to the charges, please reach out. We also want to address your early lease termination, which was at your request. Despite the early termination of your lease, we worked with you to vacate and fill the unit, at no additional cost to you. It's essential to mention that we take tenant responsibilities seriously, and we strive to maintain a positive environment for all our residents. Your security deposit was mailed out to you on December 14, 2023. (You vacated the unit end of November). We have no records of you constantly calling in regards to said security deposit.
