i have been a loyal customer for awhile now. i have never had issues ever with them. until today, i tried to cash my check from my work, and a worker told me i couldnt since i didnt have equal funds in my account. i have never had this issue before, i actually have had less in my account and a bigger paycheck before and no one said anything. i cant make my car payment now because i wont have my money for another 2-3 days.. she told me that i couldnt cash it since it isnt wrote out to them, which is wrong. if i sign the back of the check and it is wrote out to ME. i am signing off to the bank my check. she said i could see if pioneer bank would cash it for me, but that isnt my bank! i am definitely thinking about switching banks.

i know im a teenager but i have a job, money and a reason to go to the bank to either cash checks or take money out, but they always treat me differently than adults, and 100% of the time they will talk to everyone else whos an adult first before considering talking to me. only 1 lady there treats me like everyone else. I am someone with money who is giving them business but they dont treat me like it. ive had some people say do you need something?? with a snooty attitude. it ruins my experience every time

Love this branch. Staff are super friendly and greet me by name every time I walk in. I have been a customer w/ this bank since it was Great Western over 20 yrs ago and the wonderful service continues to be nothing short of amazing.
