Claims breakfast had next to nothing cleanliness was ok pry would choose different place next time. Rapid city location is way better

Service is the best I can say about our stay. Ice machine, hot tub, coffee machine, juice machine all broke down. Continental breakfast was toast or bagle, no butter or cream cheese, mini muffin, yogurt or waffle. TV not connected with remote, plug ins don't all work and none available where needed in room. Tolet flooded and had to move rooms with invalid parent. No offer of any discount offered for all the inconveniences Rooms: Not enough plug ins, not all work, room large enough for a table for at least 2 and chairs, no offer to bring towels or empty garbages if there longer than one night Nearby activities: Nothing to walk to. VERY limited restaurants nearby. Have to drive into Spearfish for any kind of food choices or shops Food & drinks: Continental breakfast is all carbs and not much selection. Coffee and juice machine broke

Tyrone was front desk worker and was so welcoming and friendly! Made the experience so much more fun! Breakfast was good too!

Not up to what I usually experience at Quality Inns. Mostly clean...linens and sink and toilet and shower. But floor, walls, handles and the like not so much. Cords for hairdryer were icky. Coffee maker didn't look too clean and only 1 cup in the room..a paper cup not wrapped in plastic. A lot of things removed but still holes in the wall...pictures, hooks, etc. like in the middle of some renovation and stopped. An iron but no ironing board even though nails to hold it there. Desk person did go find one for me. One side of mirror wood frame missing. No table and only 1 rickety chair so no place to sit other than bed in a double queen room with potentially 4 people. Not enough lamps...dark in the room. Ice bucket but no ice machine. Light outside room lit up room so much not even close to dark enougn to sleep. Could hear people talking at front desk at 3 am. Pool not working. Breakfast very limited. The desk person Thursday night was very nice and helpful but nothing she could do about the room condition. It was overpriced for condition. Many other better options nearby. I won't stay here again. Rooms: Old, bad condition, sort of clean, small bathroom, ok beds, missing things. Safety: Felt safe
